Course Registration and Payment Information

2009 TEI Registration Form

Registration forms and payments are due one month in advance of the first day of the first TEI class. Registrations received after this date will include a late fee, as indicated on the Registration Form. Registration deadlines for the TEI 2009 Programs are as follows:

• December 7, 2008, for the January 2009 program in San Francisco
• March 20, 2009, for the April 2009 program in Chicago
• June 13, 2009, for the July 2009 Program in Washington, DC

Registrations can still be made after this date, but are subject to a late fee as well as to space limitation for the class. Guarantee of payment must accompany registration. This guarantee can be a formal and written commitment from your organization to pay, or a credit card authorization for the full registration fee. Call 302-644-0990 to determine space availability.

Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are complete when payment is received.

Note: Many classes fill prior to the deadline for receipt of registrations; space cannot be guaranteed once this happens. However, cancellations sometimes happen, so we maintain a "wait list" for anyone who wishes to take a chance that an opening will occur. Sometimes registrants choose 2nd choice classes and then we move them into their first choices as cancellations occur. Please check with the TEI Registrar on TEI class wait list status.

Refunds for cancelled classes are made as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations received by Registration Deadline (one month prior to the class date)
• $150 fee per class for cancellations received 2 weeks prior to program (SF=12/21/08; CH=4/3/09; DC=6/27/09)
• No refunds are given for cancellation occurring within two weeks of the class date.
• Another person may be substituted without penalty by sending a completed copy of the registration form with appropriate contact information of the person being substituted.
