Good reasons to attend The Evaluators' Institute®

1) Certification. The Evaluators' Institute offers certificates for professional evaluators. Three of these are course-based and the fourth is competency based. These are offered to assist you in planning a program of study in evaluation and to provide public acknowledgement of completion of this study. They are: Certificate in Evaluation Practice (CEP), Certificate in Advanced Evaluation Practices (CAEP), Certificate in Quantitative Evaluation Methods (CQEM), and Master Evaluator Certificate. For information on the Certificates go to Overview of Certificates .

2) Learn from the best. This is the eleventh year that nationally and internationally recognized leaders in the theory and practice of evaluation have helped plan and implement a set of courses for the Institute. Our faculty are top scholars, excellent instructors, and keenly interested in working with practicing evaluators to improve our profession.

3) CEUs and Acknowledgements of Participation . Continuing Education Units (CEUs) awarded by the American Council on Education are available to those who desire them and complete the required paper work on the last day of each class; and Acknowledgements of Participation are presented after the afternoon break of the last day of courses.

4) Distinguished fellow participants. An important part of the Institute is the opportunity participants have to learn from and network with each other. That interaction should be rich and provocative if the year 2006 attendees are like those who have attended in the past.
