IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Deadline for Early Bird Discount is one month prior to the beginning of the TEI Program

Full payment must be received one month prior to the beginning of the TEI Program

Deadline for cancellation of TEI registration is one month prior to the beginning of the TEI Program

Course Fee Information

Course fees vary depending on the length of the course. An Early Bird Discount is offered to those registering one month before the TEI Program is to begin. Payment must also be received by that date to qualify for the Early Bird Discount. The following fees will apply starting January 2011:

  Early Bird Discount Regular Course Fee
One-day course: $525 $570
Two-day course: $920 $980
Three-day course: $1295 $1365
Four-day course: $1655 $1725

 

Graduate Student Discount

Full-time graduate students enrolled in degree programs in evaluation or closely-related fields may qualify for a discount of 15% off the regular course fees. Only one discount will be applied to course fees. If using the Graduate Student Discount, the Early Bird Discount will not apply.

Graduate students engaged in full time employment are not eligible for this discount.

To apply for the graduate student discount, complete the registration process and submit a letter on college/university letterhead signed by a major advisor attesting to your full-time student status. Also state that you are not engaged in full-time employment at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds are available for those cancelling one month prior to the beginning of the TEI Program.
  • For those cancelling within a month, up to two weeks from the beginning of the TEI Program, a refund, less $200 per class, will be made.
  • Refunds will not be made for cancellations made within two weeks of the TEI Program.
  • Consideration may be given regarding special circumstances. In such cases, contact the TEI Executive Coordinator, Mrs. Alexandra Fernandez Jefferson (tele: 202.994.5232 / email: afj@gwu.edu).
  • Another person may be substituted without penalty by sending a completed copy of the registration form with appropriate contact information of the individual taking the place of the original registrant.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather during a training session in Washington, DC, TEI follows the direction of The George Washington University first, followed by the Federal Government. Please check The George Washington University website (www.gwu.edu) for weather advisories, or listen to/watch the local news for weather advisory information.
  • In the event of inclement weather during a training session outside of the Washington, DC area, please contact the hotel where the training will occur for guidance.
  • In the event of a course cancellation due to inclement weather, TEI will issue course vouchers (at our discretion) to be used at a future training session of your choice.
